There is no entrance fee at Trinity Towers and The Holmgreen Center, only an all-inclusive monthly rent and one-time community fee. By moving into Trinity Towers, you can preserve your assets and even turn the non-working equity in your home into income-producing investments. While Trinity Towers is primarily a luxury residential complex, there is a comprehensive “safety net” of services and support, should they be needed. If health care is required, you’ll find a continuum of care available on campus at The Holmgreen Center. Here you’ll find: Personalized Assisted Living Suites for those who need minimal or occasional help with the activities of daily living, Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care suites to assist seniors with memory impairment, and Licensed Intermediate and Skilled Nursing Care and Rehabilitation, both long-term and short-term.
