The Azalea House is a uniquely beautiful and gracious home. Our 15 resident home is designed to create the highest quality of personal care living. Our staff provides a socially stimulating environment, while providing the individualized care that each resident needs. Services and support are provided with dignity and respect.
We offer private suites each with individual thermostat controls. Residents can enjoy delicious meals in our elegant dining room, visit with friends in our beautiful living room or enjoy the deluxe sunroom and landscaped outdoor sitting areas. We have an RN on staff and on-call 24/7. A personal attendant is on duty 24 hours a day. On-site Nursing and Rehabilitation Programs Available.
