About Quality of Life Adult Day Healthcare Center, The
Our Quality-of-Life Adult Day Healthcare Center is not only a social model it is also a Medical Model and Working Model Monday through Friday. Our Social Model incorporates a Working Model as well. Our participants work together painting wood projects that help our seniors in our entire community. These projects go to local nursing care facilities to brighten the days of their residents. Over Mother's Day weekend our projects are sent to our local Costco to be sold with 100% of the proceeds given to Children's Miracle Network. We have made as much as $4,000 for CMN. The Medical Model provides a Physician, Occupational therapist, Physical therapist, Podiatrist, mobile labs and x-rays that are done, all here in the office and most covered by Medicare. We are pleased to offer the help for those who are caring for their loved ones at home. We do have a limit of 10 participants per day. Please call us for more information. 248-364-4064
